Соглашение о предоставлении материала научному и ботаническому сообществу Центральный ботанический сад НАН Беларуси предоставляет материал ботаническим садам и научно-исследовательским учреждениям в соответствии с Конвенцией о биологическом разнообразии (Рио-де-Жанейро, 5 июня 1992 г.) Учреждение, заказывающее семена или растительный материал, принимает и обязуется выполнять все нижеперечисленные условия: Предоставленный материал будет использован на пользу обществу в исследовательских, просветительских целях и в целях сохранения биологического разнообразия и развития ботанических садов и научно-исследовательских учреждений; Информация о происхождении полученного материала будет сохраняться соответствующим образом; Ссылка на происхождение материала будет указываться при публикации результатов исследований с полученным материалом (желательно присылать копии таких публикаций); Использование в коммерческих целях предоставленного материала, его потомства или результатов его исследований возможно только при заключении дополнительного соглашения, разрешающего коммерческое использование предоставленного материала; Предоставление полученного материала или его потомства другим лицам или учреждениям возможно только для некоммерческих целей и при соблюдении всех вышеперечисленных условий. Agreement for supplying seed and plant material to the scientific and horticultural community The Central Botanical Garden of National Academy of Sciences of Belarus intends to honour the letter and spirit of the Convention on Biological Diversity (Rio de Janeiro, 1992), in the use of its collections and supply seeds and plant material to other botanical gardens and research institutions. By ordering seed or other plant material, the recipient accepts and pledges to respect the above conditions: The seeds will be used for the common good in the areas of research, education, conservation and the development of botanical gardens and research institutions; Information on the material will be appropriately stored and the connection between the information and the material will be maintained; If scientific publications are produced on the plant material provided, the origin of the material should be cited. In addition, the garden would expect to receive a copy of these publications; Permission must be sought from the garden if the recipient seeks to commercialise either the genetic material, its products or research derived from it. Such commercialisation will be subject to the conditions of a separate agreement with the country of origin; Recipient may not transfer the material to any third party without written agreement containing terms no less restrictive than those contained in this Agreement.
