Пагадненне аб прадастаўленні матэрыялу навуковай і батанічнай супольнасці Цэнтральны батанічны сад НАН Беларусі дае матэрыял батанічным садам і навукова-даследчым установам у адпаведнасці з Канвенцыяй аб біялагічнай разнастайнасці (Рыа-дэ-Жанейра, 5 чэрвеня 1992 г.) Установа, якая заказвае насенне або раслінны матэрыял, прымае і абавязваецца выконваць усё ніжэйпералічаныя ўмовы: Прадастаўлены матэрыял будзе выкарыстаны на карысць грамадству ў даследчых, асветніцкіх мэтах і ў мэтах захавання біялагічнай разнастайнасці і развіцця батанічных садоў і навукова-даследчых устаноў; Інфармацыя аб паходжанні атрыманага матэрыялу будзе захоўвацца адпаведным чынам; Спасылка на паходжанне матэрыялу будзе паказвацца пры публікацыі вынікаў даследаванняў з атрыманым матэрыялам (пажадана дасылаць копіі такіх публікацый); Выкарыстанне ў камерцыйных мэтах прадстаўленага матэрыялу, яго нашчадкаў або вынікаў яго даследаванняў магчыма толькі пры заключэнні дадатковага пагаднення, якое дазваляе камерцыйнае выкарыстанне прадастаўленага матэрыялу; Прадастаўленне атрыманага матэрыялу або яго нашчадства іншым асобам або ўстановам магчыма толькі для некамерцыйных мэт і пры выкананні ўсіх вышэйпералічаных умоў. Agreement for supplying seed and plant material to the scientific and horticultural community The Central Botanical Garden of National Academy of Sciences of Belarus intends to honour the letter and spirit of the Convention on Biological Diversity (Rio de Janeiro, 1992), in the use of its collections and supply seeds and plant material to other botanical gardens and research institutions. By ordering seed or other plant material, the recipient accepts and pledges to respect the above conditions: The seeds will be used for the common good in the areas of research, education, conservation and the development of botanical gardens and research institutions; Information on the material will be appropriately stored and the connection between the information and the material will be maintained; If scientific publications are produced on the plant material provided, the origin of the material should be cited. In addition, the garden would expect to receive a copy of these publications; Permission must be sought from the garden if the recipient seeks to commercialise either the genetic material, its products or research derived from it. Such commercialisation will be subject to the conditions of a separate agreement with the country of origin; Recipient may not transfer the material to any third party without written agreement containing terms no less restrictive than those contained in this Agreement.
