12.08.2024 - 13.08.2023 August 12-13, 2023, from 10-00 to 20-00, the Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus will host the festival of self-development and healthy lifestyle "MY WAY". This is a great opportunity for conscious people who want to be in balance with themselves and the outside world, to be in excellent physical and spiritual health, to be fulfilled and happy, to enjoy their lives. The festival will offer you many exciting activities and interesting locations! Yoga zone, where everyone can get acquainted with the world of yoga, try to practice, communicate with professionals in this field and get individual consultations absolutely free of charge. The sports zone will be represented by the best fitness clubs of the city, which will present their sports programs. The Lecture Hall will feature speakers in the fields of medicine, mental health, yoga, meditation, personal growth coaches, and psychology experts. The Chill Out Recreation Area is a space where everyone can relax to meditative music and more. In addition, the festival will feature the following areas: • Market; • Food Court; • Children's Area; • Family Area; • Aromatherapy Area; • Goroshek-market and much more. On the territory of the park, an island of help for homeless animals will be installed. Anyone can bring something useful, be it food, treats or diapers.
