In accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 14.06.2002 No. 778 "On Measures to Implement the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", live flowers are not subject to exchange or return (named in the List of non-food products of appropriate quality that are not subject to return or exchange).
When paying with a bank payment card, cash refunds are not allowed. Settlements with the consumer upon return of the money paid for the goods, upon cancellation of the contract for the performance of work (service provision) are carried out in the same form in which the payment for the goods, work (service) was made, unless otherwise provided for by the agreement of the parties. The order of refund is governed by the rules of payment systems.
The procedure for returning goods is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated January 9, 2002 No. 90-Z "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
To return money to a bank payment card, you need to fill out the "Refund Application" and send it to the e-mail address sales@cbg.org.by .
The refund will be made to the bank payment card within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the "Statement on Refund" by the Company. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount.
For refunds for erroneous transactions, a written statement and an attachment of checks/receipts confirming the erroneous debit must be submitted. This statement must be sent to the e-mail address sales@cbg.org.by.
