09.05.2021 - 09.05.2021 The Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, celebrating the Great Victory Day, among blossoming apple trees, tulips, daffodils, Kobus magnolia and sakura, invites Minsk residents and guests of the capital to a festive cultural and educational event "Blooming Belarus - the legacy of the Great Victory". As part of the festive event and the opening of the summer season, the employees of the botanical garden offer their visitors excursions around the landscape, during which professional guides will tell about the history of the Botanical Garden during the war, will lead along the Alley of the Victors, the partisan glade and other most beautiful corners of the botanical garden. A, they will also tell about the new location and the route of the garden landscape - Ecological and mythological path. Excursion groups will be formed near the tropical plant greenhouse at 14.30 and 15.00. Visitors will be able to admire the beauty and diversity of tulips and hyacinths, visiting the decorative collections of these bright spring flowers. Bright theatrical moments of the festive program will remind us of the war years and those heroes who, at the cost of their lives, won Victory for us and today's peaceful sky. Having visited the photo studio, visitors will be able to take an instant photo in the style of wartime, as a keepsake. The participants of the event will have an impromptu halt, a treat of soldier's porridge, interesting interactive locations for children and adults: "Tankodrome", "Sea battle", a game block "military forfeits". The festive program will take place on the site near the Exposition Greenhouse of Tropical and Subtropical Plants from 13.00 to 16.30 13.00-13.30 - the festive program opens with a performance by the mazharetki ensemble and the brass band "Fanfares of Nemiga". 13.30 –14.00 The host talks about the history of the garden during the Great Patriotic War, honors the veterans of the Great Patriotic War present. Introduces the soloist performing works from the war years - A. Shumak 14.00-14.30 - performance by the soloist of the Variety Theater Olga Zmurshchik. The performance is accompanied by dance numbers. 14.30 – 15.00– children's interactive animation program. 15.00 – 15.30– performance of the folk band "Nerush" 15.30 – 16.30– performance of the brass band of the Minsk City Administration of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus.
