Cyanotype is a spectacular and unusual way of decorating. It is a silver-free printing process that was invented by John Herschel back in 1842. This is a technology for obtaining images of blue and blue shades, with the help of which a monochrome blue print is created. The most popular motif in cyanotype is plants. The magical combination of white and blue colors is always fascinating, which makes cyanotype very popular. Masterpieces of unusual pictures for New Year's souvenirs become even more valuable when created with your own hands. Cyanotype PRACTICE "Magic of Blue" Will be held on December 1, 2, 3 at 12:00 and 14:00. Duration - 1.5 hours. The workshop will be complemented by a tour of the exhibition greenhouse! At the workshop you will find: introduction to chemical reagents and the rules for their use in cyanotype; mastering the intricacies of the process of obtaining images on various surfaces; the opportunity to independently make a blue-light blue print and embody New Year or Christmas motifs on it.
