Educational weekend

On February 25-26, the Central Botanical Garden will host a cultural and educational event called "Educational Weekend", which will be especially interesting for children. You will find: the event "Sunny Fruit" (at 11:00, 13:00) and the master class "When the Herbarium Comes to Life" (at 12:00, 14:00).

The event "Sunny Fruit" will be held in the lemonarium, where many varieties and species of tropical fruit plants are presented. First, you will have a tour where you will see how orange, pomelo, tangerine, feijoa, papaya, fig, pomegranate, kumquat, citrofortunella, banana grow. You will learn about the beneficial properties of tropical fruits and the customs associated with them in different countries. In the second part of the event, participants will have a fascinating master class, where you can develop your acrylic painting skills in the Art Botanical Garden style. Even beginners and inexperienced artists will be able to create a unique and delicious tropical picture with their own hands on an original basis - a cut of a tree trunk. Each participant will be able to take home a souvenir made with their own hands.

Event "Sunny Fruit" - excursion - 5 rubles; master class - 5 rubles (materials are included in the price).

Master class "When the herbarium comes to life" - 5 rubles (materials are included in the price).

Additional fee for entrance ticket to the botanical garden: adult – 10 rubles, concessionary – 5 rubles.
