24.06.2022 - 26.06.2022 The Central Botanical Garden invites you to three days of gastronomic pleasure and a cheese-making festival. From June 24 to 26, 2022 a fair will be held on a picturesque clearing by the lake, bringing together authentic producers of homemade craft cheeses and leading enterprises of the country's dairy industry. Each visitor to the fair will be able to feel like a real taster and give their assessment of the products of households and new products of large enterprises in the industry. The festival will include seminars and master classes, where cheesemakers will be able to demonstrate their skills, expert technologists will evaluate the quality of craft farm products, and cheese lovers and spectators will plunge into the fascinating world of cheese-making. In addition, various theme areas, photo zones, a children's play area and other entertainment areas will help create a real festive atmosphere! The evening program will delight guests of the botanical garden with bright numbers. Festival opening hours: Fri June 24 - 15.00 - 19.00.
